What This Dive Retreat Is Like
This retreat is designed to feel organized and steady without feeling managed or overproduced.
Nicole Harrison personally leads the experience, handling trip coordination behind the scenes so the week unfolds smoothly from start to finish. Accommodations, diving logistics, and daily flow are thoughtfully arranged to minimize friction and decision fatigue once you arrive.
Diving days follow a consistent, relaxed rhythm. Nicole dives with the group throughout the week, offering clear leadership and situational awareness both on the boat and underwater. The focus stays on enjoying the dives, adapting to conditions, and maintaining a pace that feels comfortable and unrushed.
Rather than moving through a rigid itinerary, the retreat allows space to settle into the experience. You are free to focus on the diving, the environment, and the moments in between, knowing the details are handled and the structure is solid.

What the Diving Is Like in Cozumel
Cozumel is known for clear water, warm temperatures, and effortless drift diving that allows you to cover a lot of reef with minimal effort. Visibility is often excellent, and conditions tend to support long, relaxed dives where buoyancy, awareness, and enjoyment take center stage.
Reef landscapes vary throughout the week, ranging from coral formations and swim-throughs to open sections where marine life moves freely with the current. Encounters commonly include turtles, eagle rays, stingrays, moray eels, lobsters, and large schools of reef fish. Cozumel is also home to the Splendid Toadfish, a species found only here.
Dives are selected based on conditions and group dynamics rather than a fixed checklist. The emphasis is on smooth drift profiles, unhurried pacing, and allowing each dive to unfold naturally. This approach makes the diving feel immersive and spacious rather than rushed or overly structured.
